JPEG/JPG
- Widely used image format and normally RGB format which reduces color spectrum
- May lower in quality when compressed and saved
- Best used for: Images, online photos
TIFF
- Stands for Tagged Image File Format
- A file format designed to handle raster or bitmapped images
- Typically used in photography and desktop publishing
- Best used for: High-quality photos printing
PDF
- Short for Portable Document Format
- Used for print production files and web-based documents
- Save out of design program without compression, embed fonts or outline fonts, CMYK or Pantone Colors
Excel Files are needed for the data used in a variable data order such as a:
- Mailing List
- Distribution List
- Personalized items/orders
PNG files are not an acceptable file for quality printing. If you submit a PNG file the order is considered a print as is quality.
